From just £1 a day, your website is monitored, backed up, updated and protected every month. No long contracts. No surprises.
Essential Plan
£30/month (£1 a day)
UK-based hosting, weekly backups, WordPress/theme/plugin updates, SSL certificate, uptime monitoring.
Best for: sites that need the basics covered.
Standard Plan
£45/month (recommended)
Everything in Essential, plus daily backups, up to 1 hour of content updates per month, and priority email support.
Best for: businesses that want to keep their site fresh.
Premium Plan
£75/month
Everything in Standard, plus up to 2 hours of content updates, website policies kept up to date (privacy policy, cookies, terms)
Best for: businesses that want a fully managed website.

Most small businesses start on the Essential plan and upgrade when they need a little more. If you are not sure where you fit, just get in touch and I will point you in the right direction. No sales pitch, just honest advice.

What does a WordPress website care plan include?
Updates & Security
WordPress, your theme, and all plugins are kept up to date - reducing the risk of security vulnerabilities and keeping your site running smoothly.
Regular Backups
Your website is backed up regularly to a secure off-site location. If it goes wrong I can restore it quickly without you losing anything.
Uptime Monitoring
I’m alerted immediately if your site goes down, so any issues are caught and resolved fast - often before you even notice.
Content Updates
You can send me small updates - new prices, a photo swap, a changed opening time, and I’ll handle it for you within the monthly allowance.
Common questions about WordPress website care plans
I’m already paying someone else for hosting – can I switch to you?
Yes. I can migrate your site to my hosting as part of the care plan setup, usually at no extra cost. Just let me know where it’s currently hosted, and I’ll take it from there.
What if I need more than the content allowance?
Extra content work is available at £35/hour, billed monthly. Larger projects (new pages, redesigns) are quoted separately.
Is there a minimum contract?
No minimum term – care plans are monthly rolling. I ask for three months’ notice to cancel, which gives us both enough time to make sure your site is in good hands before we part ways.
My site wasn’t built by you – can I still get a care plan?
Usually, yes, as long as it’s a WordPress site. I’ll do a quick health check first to make sure everything is in good shape before taking it on.
